Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of GetTempo per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on GetTempo's website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Service Description

GetTempo is a social media scheduling and management platform that allows users to plan, schedule, and analyze their social media content across multiple platforms. Our service includes but is not limited to content scheduling, analytics, team collaboration, and integration with various social media platforms.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

7. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you post, upload, or share through GetTempo. We do not claim ownership of your content, but by using our service, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GetTempo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
